This size guide is provided by dgdaniels to help customers choose the correct size before placing an order.

1. How to Measure Your Dress Size

For the most accurate fit, we recommend measuring while wearing lightweight undergarments.

  • Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

  • Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline (usually where your body bends side to side).

  • Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

  • Dress Length: Measured from the center back neck (or high shoulder point) down to the bottom hem.

Pro Tip: All measurements are approximate and may vary by 1–2 inches due to manual measurement. If the dress has an elastic waist or is an A-line cut, the hip measurement is less critical. Focus on the Bust and Waist for the best fit.

3. Fit Recommendations by Style

Different dresses fit differently. Check the product description for these keywords:

  • Bodycon / Slim Fit: Designed to fit close to the body. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

  • A-Line / Flare: Fitted at the waist and loose at the hips. Choose your size based on your waist measurement.

  • Maxi / Oversized: A relaxed, loose fit. If you prefer a more tailored look, you may consider sizing down.
